The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on various types of buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing techniques, safety procedures, and the ability to work at heights. The ideal applicant will have experience with construction-related tasks and be capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Utr number required and driving licence
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace roofing materials on residential and commercial properties
Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to complete roofing tasks
Conduct heavy lifting of materials
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work site throughout projects
Skills
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Physical fitness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other tradespeople
