Roofer located around the Basildon area (Must Drive)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable

Roofer

to join our growing team. The role involves carrying out a wide range of roofing works across residential, commercial, and managed properties.

A full UK driving licence is essential

, as travel to sites is required.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roofing works including: Flat roofing (felt, liquid systems, single ply) Roof repairs and maintenance Leak investigations and remedial works Flashings, upstands, gutters, and roof details Work safely at height in line with RAMS and H&S requirements Load, unload, and transport materials to site as required Complete works to a high standard with attention to detail Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and site managers Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles (if provided) Complete basic site paperwork and job records where required
Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer

Full UK driving licence (must be able to drive)

Good understanding of roofing systems and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working at height Strong awareness of health & safety Good timekeeping and reliability
Desirable (but not essential)

CSCS card IPAF / PASMA / Working at Height training Experience with flat roofing systems (single ply / liquid) Previous experience working on commercial or managed sites
