Job Description

We are looking for a Roofer to work within Social Housing / Property services. You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs.

Experience you will bring:



Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants' homes within social housing settings Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.

Salary: 34,293 - 38,293 - Weekly pay



Van & Fuel card provided



31 Days paid holiday

Pay: 34,293.00-38,293.00 per year
