Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse tasks with proficiency. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform roofing and general maintenance. Fabricate and install roof systems using hand tools and power tools. Conduct pitched, flat and commercial roofing systems. Conduct lead work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Carry out masonry tasks such as pointing and stonework. Undertake painting and decorating duties to enhance aesthetics. Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in roofing is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
