We are also seeking a roofing labourer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively with various materials and tools. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
As a roofing labourer, you will be responsible for assisting roofers.
Responsibilities
Install roofing systems using a variety of materials including pitched and flat roofing systems.
Perform repairs on existing roofs, ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct fabrication tasks as necessary for custom roofing solutions.
Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters to ensure project success.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Perform heavy lifting as required when handling roofing materials and equipment.
Valid UK driving license is preferable.
