TM Roofing Service N/W

, a highly reputable and well-established roofing contractor covering much of the UK. Together, we deliver high-quality roofing services for housing associations, councils, and domestic clients. As part of our South West expansion, we are looking to build a strong, skilled team that will grow with the business.

Our work includes reactive repairs, planned maintenance, re-roofs, flat roofing systems, UPVC rooflines, and general property maintenance across the South West.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable roofer with solid all-round experience who can represent the company professionally on site. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and within a team.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 4 years roofing experience (slate, tile, and general roofing works) Flat roofing experience preferred: GRP, liquid systems, rubber, torch-on Lead work competency Full UK driving licence (required) Basic hand tools Ability to work independently and resolve on-site issues Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Role Details

Based from Exeter, covering the full South West region Works include reactive and planned maintenance, re-roofs, flat roofs, UPVC rooflines, and general property maintenance Standard working hours:

7:30am - 4:00pm

Travel outside these hours is fully paid Overtime available depending on workload Bonus opportunities for exceeding job targets
