Roofer


Location: Across North Wales
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Contract Type: Permanent


Role Overview


As a Roofer at ClwydAlyn, you'll carry out high-quality roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations across our homes in North Wales. You'll be part of our Responsive & Voids Team, helping to keep residents safe and secure while living our values of Trust, Hope, and Kindness.


You'll also play an important part in supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture and helping us deliver on our mission to end poverty in Wales.


Key Responsibilities


Carry out roofing repairs, installations, and maintenance to a high and safe standard
Respond to both routine and urgent roofing issues, including works in void properties
Maintain strong health, safety, and quality compliance in all tasks
Support and mentor fellow operatives, championing ClwydAlyn's values across the team


Qualifications & Requirements


Clean, full UK driving licence
City & Guilds / NVQ in Roofing, or equivalent time-served experience
Strong working knowledge of safe roofing practices and use of PPE
