Philby Group LTD is a small/ Medium business with our office based in welling, however our employees work all across London. We are professional, driven and our goal is to Grow our company to the next level - so grow with us. We have a building and maintenance company and work with some of the best estate agents and block management companies across London. We receive work orders, quote from our surveyors visits and allocate jobs to our engineers using the Service M8 app. The engineers then report there job back to us using the app, updating on the job notes, pictures and further works.

We are looking for an experienced roofer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance jobs in different boroughs across London. Jobs range from patch repairs on roofs to new roof installation throughout and surveys. The chosen engineer needs to have a high work ethic, be looking to grow with our company and also be well presented.

Job Duties:

- Up to 8 reactive jobs a day.

- Logging and reporting back to us on service m8.

- Using initiative to solve maintenance tasks.

- Ensuring a no call back policy is adhered to.
