Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain different types of roofs, tiles, and metal
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Install or repair flashing to prevent leaks
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve roofing issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and installations
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
