We're a small, professional roofing company working to NHBC standards, with consistent local work and a focus on quality over quantity. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking

Roofers mate

to join our growing roofing team. You'll assist our roofers on a range of domestic roofing projects, helping to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who's keen to develop their skills and build a long-term career in the roofing trade.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Maintaining a clean and safe worksite at all times Supporting with setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces Following all site health & safety procedures and instructions

Requirements

Some previous experience in roofing or general labouring preferred (training can be provided) Physically fit and comfortable working at height Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work as part of a team CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence (preferred)
