Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside skilled roofers to support pitched roofing projects Assist with tasks such as tiling, slating, and other roofing activities Communicate effectively with team members to meet project goals Maintain high standards of workmanship with a focus on quality and precision Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Collaborate within a team while developing the ability to work independently

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and a keen interest in learning a skilled trade No prior roofing or construction experience required, though an advantage
