The Role

We're hiring a Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee roofing projects from estimate to completion. You'll ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget -- while maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting your team to deliver quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage roofing contracts and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and site teams
- Handle budgets, material scope and safety compliance
- Oversee quality control and ensure company standards are met
- Provide accurate reporting and maintain clear communication across teams

About You

- Proven experience in roofing or construction management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- Ability to lead a small team and work independently
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
