South West LondonSalary:
50,000 - 75,000 (DOE) + car allowance & bonusThe Externals Group are working with one of the London & the South East's leading commercial roofing contractors. With over 40 years of expertise in UK Roofing, our client is a trusted name in delivering high-quality solutions.
As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in the companies estimating department by visiting and surveying job sites for roof refurbishments and new construction works for across London & the South East.
A Day in the Life
Visiting and surveying all prospective sites Speaking to clients where appropriate and accurately recording their specific requirements Taking off quantities from your records and preparing costs Pricing additional works and variations on live contracts

Key Requirements
Commercial roofing knowledge & expertise Previous experience in roofing estimating Understanding of construction methods and materials, specifically in roofing Have a very good understanding of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
