The Role:

Working alongside a friendly and motivated team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests experience the epitome of comfort and cleanliness during their stay. You will support with cleaning the public areas and assist with any room and bed changes.

This is a permanent part-time position, at 16 hours per week, which may include some weekends, at an hourly rate of 12.21 per hour plus service charge.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to the highest standards Making bed changes as required Replenishing amenities and supplies Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
