Aim of the Room Attendant role:

To maintain the high standards of cleanliness of The Lygon Arms throughout the hotel bedrooms and corridors.

Responsibilities of the Room Attendant:

Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our public areas and beautiful suites to the hotel's 5 star standards To be passionate and confident conversing with our guests, creating a visit to remember Take pride in keeping all equipment and stock in the housekeeping office and bedrooms neat and presentable at all times To be able to work alone as well as part of the team in a busy yet flexible operation To take ownership in completing tasks set by the management team in a timely manner, and report any faults or breakages to the relevant department To take pride in your appearance and demeanour at work at all times To be confident and intuitive when using cleaning materials and equipment Respecting the confidentiality of our guests at all times

Room Attendant - About you

Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desirable You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
