New Park Manor, a luxury family hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This is a permanent position at 32 hours per week (to include weekends) with an hourly rate of 12.21 per hour, plus generous service charge and benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to the highest standards Replenishing amenities and supplies Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
