Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at RS Worldwide Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality services.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
