We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms according to hotel standards. Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring linens are cleaned and stored properly. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
