Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning
Clean and sanitize guest bedrooms and bathrooms per SOPs.
Replace linens, towels, and amenities to hotel standards.
Handle guest belongings with utmost care; report any damage.
Guest Service
Greet guests courteously; respond promptly to requests.
Maintain a discreet, professional presence in corridors.
Offer assistance or relay special requests to your supervisor.
Safety & Standards
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely (COSHH).
Follow fire, health & safety, and security protocols.
Secure linen storage, cupboards, and keys after each use.
Team Support
Assist with linen restocking and occasional public-area cleaning.
Report maintenance issues immediately.
Work cooperatively with colleagues to cover peak periods.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a respected hotel
