We have an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our highly successful team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our uniquely styled rooms are cleaned and maintained to an impeccable standard. Each of our bedrooms is designed differently, offering you a variety of work environments each day.

Responsibilities:

Ensure every room is cleaned and presented to the highest standard. Spot and address any issues to maintain our high standards. Contribute to an exceptional guest experience through attentive service. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

What you Need:

An eye for detail to maintain our high standards. Ability to work well within a team environment. Perform effectively under pressure and during busy periods. A passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong organisational and communication skills.
