Duties

Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including hallways and stairwells. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
