Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the room are clean and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience

-on a rota basis must include weekends, Approx 25 hours a week, if you are happy to come in early to clean other areas before joining housekeeping this will be where you will gain more hours.

Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
