Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you'll play a key role in creating an environment of elegance and comfort for our guests. You will

Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and detail Ensure rooms are checked and signed off to meet Nobu's exacting requirements Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Record and communicate guest preferences to deliver personalised experiences Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency Support and mentor new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care Uphold safety procedures and statutory standards at all times Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
