in Enfield Island Village, is looking for aLevel 3 qualified Room Lead Educator
to join our passionate team.About the role:
You will lead a room, support and mentor staff, and ensure outstanding care and learning experiences for our children in line with the EYFS.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day running of your room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Support children's development, wellbeing, and safety Build positive relationships with parents and the team Ensure high standards of safeguarding and compliance
About you:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Confident, nurturing, and organised team leader
