We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate educator to join our brand new nursery in Brighton. Our room lead position will be working as part of the management team and supporting the beginning of developing a outstanding space for our youngest children along with leading a team in high quality practice. We are a new business and the first of its kind. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team and develop your practice under a strong Management team with lots of future progression opportunities.

You will be someone who demonstrates a mature attitude with a natural ability to work as part of a team and to lead a team to a high standard

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Early years qualification 1 year experience working within the early years sector Knowledge of the Statutory framework and EYFS A clear DBS check and subsequent subscription to the Update Service Demonstrate responsibility, flexibility and ability to work on your own initiative High standard of organisation and time management skills
Desirable requirements:

Paediatric First aid training Knowledge and experience with "Keeping children safe in education document" Be willing to learn and develop your knowledge and practice within a managerial role Experience in leading a team and reflective practice Strong parents partnership skills

Pay: 25,500.00-28,000.00 per year
