We're looking for a Baby Room Leader to join our close-knit team in our brand-new baby room. Opened this August, the room is fully equipped with fresh resources, air conditioning, its own garden, and plenty of space for you to make it your own!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of up to 3 practitioners with kindness and enthusiasm, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Run a baby room of up to 9 babies per day Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage their natural curiosity. Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our nursery continues to grow and evolve with a focus on quality improvement. Attend team meetings to collaborate on curriculum planning, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development. Run meetings for your room team Work closely with our nursery Manager and be prepared to lead the team while the Manager is off site.

Required Qualifications:

A Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) is required. Experience in a baby room On hiring, subject to a DBS check

Preferred Qualifications:

First Aid and CPR certification.

An ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in a nursery or preschool setting Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow as part of a supportive team. Experience with special needs children. Leadership experience Familiarity with regulatory requirements for early childhood education settings. Be willing to start in September 2025
