Bright Stars Nursery in Westbury is looking for a Room Leader to join our Outstanding and well established team. This role is based within one of our under 3's room, therefore, working with children aged 1-3 years.

The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children in Early Years and have an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS.

They must be capable and confident in modelling and delivering high quality interactions and continuous provision within our inside and outside environments, to ensure children make a good level of development.

Previous experience of leading a small team of practitioners is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of In The Moment Planning would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be given.

A minimum qualification of level 3 in Childcare and Education is essential.

This role is a full-time position and the candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.45am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate will depend on age and experience and is negotiable depending on current hourly rate.
