Job Overview

We are recruiting

Room Leaders

to take charge of activity groups at our busy, vibrant holiday club. You'll lead a group of children through the day's activities, manage your team, and ensure a safe, supportive, and fun environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a group of children aged 3-12 Manage your room team to deliver fun, structured activities Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children Communicate professionally with parents and staff Carry out headcounts, registers, and risk assessments Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures Set the tone with energy, warmth, and professionalism

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, or club setting Leadership experience (or confidence to lead a small team) Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification preferred (but not essential) Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working with children Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene certificates are a plus (training available)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: 20,000.00-21,000.00 per year

Greenfield OL3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
