Lead a team within your designated room to provide high-quality care and learning experiences Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS Support, mentor, and supervise nursery practitioners Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education or Childcare Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Previous leadership experience is highly desirable Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices Excellent communication and team leadership skills
