Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners in your designated room Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality activities and learning experiences following the EYFS framework Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in your care Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding care and education Build positive relationships with parents and carers Maintain up-to-date records, observations, and care plans Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare/Early Years Education Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles Excellent communication and organizational skills Passionate about providing excellent care and education
