Key Responsibilities:
Generate room sales through corporate, travel agents, and direct bookings. Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify new business opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate with the operations and front office team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. Strong understanding of room sales, corporate tie-ups, and OTA channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven with proven track record in sales.
