Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage rotas across multiple services
Monitor staffing levels and coordinate cover for absence, leave, and training
Maintain accurate staff data and ensure GDPR compliance
Liaise with managers and teams to meet service needs
Support payroll queries and staff wellbeing
What You'll Need:
Experience in rota management and the care sector
Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
