A young, dynamic family is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny to join them on a long-term basis, caring for their baby boy, born November 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and energetic nanny to play a key role in a child's early years, working within a supportive environment offering a balance of shared care and sole charge. The parents are hands-on, highly engaged and genuinely value a collaborative partnership with their Rota Nanny.
The household is relaxed and informal, and the family are looking for someone who can slot seamlessly into their lives -- a confident professional who uses initiative, brings fresh ideas, and exercises excellent judgement, all without the need for micro-management. This is a position for a nanny who enjoys feeling trusted, valued and truly part of the family team.
The family is looking to hire two Rota Nannies - one for a February start and the other March/April.
