We are pleased to advertise a fixed term vacancy for 1 year, to cover maternity leave. Successful candidates will be considered as fixed term contract or as a secondment opportunity. We seek applications from Physiotherapists that have their HCPC registration and ready to start work as soon as possible.



Dorset County Hospital offers the opportunity to work on acute inpatient wards and assessment units; outpatient clinics and in rehabilitation facilities including community rotations in partnership with Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust.



Our 4 month rotational posts include a wide variety of specialties including:



Dorset County Hospital



Older Persons Wards



Acute Stroke and Neuro



Stroke Rehab Unit (Yeatman Hospital)



Orthopaedics (Elective & Trauma)



Front of house (Emergency Department & medical assessment unit)



Acute Care (Respiratory, Surgery, Medicine and Intensive Care)



Musculoskeletal outpatients



Dorset Healthcare NHS Trust



Mid Dorset Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team



Integrated Community Rehabilitation - Westhaven Community Hospital



Dorset Stroke and Neuro Community Service

As a Rotational Band 5 we can offer you:

A one-year post graduation Preceptorship Programme
