Job Description

The ROV Tooling Manager will be responsible for assisting the ROV Tooling equipment. This role involves working with customers to find solutions for mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of ROV Tooling used in subsea exploration, inspection, and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all aspects of ROV tooling hire and sales, ensuring high levels of service, performance, and availability. Acquire knowledge of use, service and maintenance of all the company's rental equipment. Manage tooling inventory, including specification, maintenance coordination, logistics, and readiness for deployment. Be sales driven and seek new opportunities within sales. Support the Commercial Manager and sales team in responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and liaising directly with clients to understand technical requirements and propose solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a technical point of contact for ROV tooling. Contribute to pricing strategies and assist in identifying new business opportunities in the subsea tooling sector. Actively participate in the company's HSEQ policy and implement this in the daily work. Maintain accurate tooling and asset records, coordinate internal documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with workshop teams to monitor tooling condition, usage trends, and service schedules. Provide input into strategic planning for tooling fleet enhancements and capital investments. Ensure the quality of all tooling deliveries is according to NOR standard and delivered to the customer on time. Plan deliveries with own department, sales and customer to ensure correct delivery according to Customer PO and correspondence. Understand client needs and make sure equipment is delivered according to specifications and expectations. Responsible for sending and managing damage reports to customers. Provide technical assistance and contribute on a group level to ensure we always deliver to the highest standards Qualifications: Other relevant tasks applicable for the position.

Qualifications and Experiences:



Education: Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering. Right to work in UK. Industry relevant experience of minimum 5 year. Strong knowledge and experience in ROV tooling systems and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in ROV operations, subsea intervention, or tooling maintenance preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in subsea tooling.

Pay: 55,000.00-70,000.00 per year
