Purpose
The role of Stella Artois Marketing Manager is to work cross-functionally to develop and implement the brand's marketing plans to grow the brand across the UK.
Your primary focus will be on developing commercially integrated strategies to enhance Stella Artois' brand presence and engage consumers across the UK. Additionally, you will lead and oversee a dedicated team, ensuring the effective implementation of your strategies.
A crucial aspect of your role includes ensuring the successful delivery of the Stella Artois local 3-Year/1-Year Plan strategy and execution in the UK. This will involve close collaboration with local sales teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing communications and toolkit deployment, enhancing our market reach and brand impact.
The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to strategically drive the growth of the Stella Artois brand in the United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Stella Artois Marketing Director of Europe. Given the fast-moving nature of the role and brand, exact responsibilities can and will evolve over time. However the following represents the key activities expected:Team management: + Lead team of 2 full time employees with various skill sets
+ Drive high levels of engagement and development
Commercial management: + Responsibility as brand CEO to drive growth agenda with sales teams
+ Identify & manage commercial drivers to optimise the brand P&L
+ Responsible to oversee key commercial routines
Business & Planning Cycle: + Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
+ Create & align one year plan and three year plan in the country and with Zone Europe and Global teams.
Campaign management: + Oversee execution & development of creative marketing campaigns
+ Work effectively across functions and with agency partners to deliver maximum campaign impact
+ Project management skills to deliver activation on time & on budget
Innovation & Renovation management: + Management of NPDs, product renovation, and packaging, with a focus on scaled innovations
Budget management: + Management of Stella Artois UK budget
