Job Summary

4 days of work at the Royal Highland Show in one our food trucks. Free food and drinks for all staff and long hours available if wanted. Lots of fun and friendly team members who get stuck in!

Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items , ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met during events. Support the catering team with serving food and bottled drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchen spaces and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during event.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards helping others and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service. Ability to work all four days is not necessary but is preferred A background in restaurant or bar settings is a plus but not mandatory.

Please note the Highland Show is Thursday 19th June - Sunday 22nd June.

Pay: 11.62-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
