We're proud to partner with a globally respected academic publisher during a period of exciting transformation. As they upgrade their royalty systems, they're seeking a detail-oriented Royalty Integration Analyst to bring analytical strength and operational precision to the team. 
Role Details:
 Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
 Type: Permanent, full-time
 Location: London (2 designated office days per week)

About the Role: 
 Working as part of the Royalties team, you'll ensure accurate and timely royalty payments through expert financial analysis, complex data handling, and statement preparation. A key part of your role will be supporting the migration of royalty data into the new Biblio system and reviewing work completed by Royalties Analysts. You'll also handle detailed queries from authors and internal teams, assist with audits, and drive process improvements across the department. 
Key Responsibilities Include:
 Supporting data migration and integration into the Biblio royalty system
 Preparing Yearly and Half-Yearly royalty statements with precision
 Auditing contract setups and verifying royalty payment details
 Managing complex exceptions and handling escalated internal/external queries
 Conducting month-end and year-end royalty analysis
 Preparing and reviewing sales adjustments and author royalty data
 Assisting with interim and year-end audit procedures
 Leading special projects, including Bloomsbury Digital Resources
 Recommending and implementing process improvements
 Working directly with authors and agents to resolve queries professionally 
What You'll Bring: 
  Strong understanding of royalty contracts and systems
  Excellent communication skills-confident in liaising with agents and authors
  Advanced Excel skills and keen numerical attention to detail
  Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  Experience with KEA and Biblio systems (desirable but not essential)
  Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
