Job Description

As RPA Developer, your primary responsibilities will include the design and maintenance of existing RPA bots in our RPA estate. The RPA Developer will work closely with departments across the business to understand the major RPA requirements and then design and delivery of the RPA bots to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire RPA solutions in the organization.



This role requires programming knowledge in any of the programming languages such as C#/VB/JAVA/Python along with strong analytical skills. You will have excellent communication skills along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new RPA technologies.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm

Salary:

up to 50,000 depending on experience



What you will be doing:



?Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation using RPA technologies. Design, Develop, Test and Deploy UiPath/Other RPA solutions to address business needs. Utilize your programming language experiences to integrate RPA with existing system and applications. Analyse, document and optimize the automated processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability. RPA infrastructure concepts and understanding of the RPA servers/orchestrators. Handle support tickets and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operations of RPA. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of RPA process to address complex issues and ensure effective resolutions. Maintain documentation of the support activities, include issue tracking, resolution steps and Bot CV updates. Stay updated on the latest emerging automation technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt newer technologies. Provide regular status updates on activities to stakeholders and timely escalation of issues when needed. Train and Test AI based Chatbot using specific Language Processing Models

What we're looking for:



Proficiency in one of the programming languages such as C#/JAVA/Python. Solid understanding of programming, RPA concepts and methodologies, best practices, and design principles. Experience in Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to debug and troubleshoot issues. Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stake holders. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with willingness to adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong Organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Experience with Python /Intelligent automation tools would be desirable but not essential. RPA infrastructure setup and maintenance exposure would be desirable but not essential.
