Davyhulme is one of our new purpose built, state of the art residential homes in South Manchester supporting 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.
As a Waking Nights Residential Support Worker, you will empower and promote independence in the people we support during the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of care and providing guidance to the team on shift. Your role will include monitoring individuals throughout the night, accurately recording any achievements, health observations, outcomes, and concerns. You will also develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure a calm, positive night-time environment and the best possible outcomes.
Deliver high-quality care and support during night shifts.
Monitor health and well-being, completing all required records accurately.
Respond to emergencies and call on sleep-in staff when necessary.
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold safeguarding policies.
Support continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Complete night-time duties, including cleaning and monitoring tasks.

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Full UK Driving License is advantageous.
Salary of 26,468.87 - 27,680.47 (dependent on qualifications)
