RTS Logistics Coordinator - (Job Ref: 23N/RTTS)

Location: Crumlin, Firfields. Shift Pattern: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8:40am \xe2\x80\x93 5:20pm

To be a critical part of the operations team ensuring the timely management of orders and equipment allocation to Randox Testing Services (RTS) customers and collection of officers around the globe. Accountable to the RTS Operations Manager, the main job function is to ensure day-day to administrative tasks within RTS Logistics sections are conducted fairly.

The Role:

  • The preparation and placing of supplier\xe2\x80\x99s orders, ensuring that all incoming goods are delivered on time and cross-checking of supplier invoices against orders placed.
  • Allocation of collectors to individual tasks
  • Monitoring collector performance, prepare and submit collector key performance indicators.
  • The maintenance of accurate operational records
  • Assist with general telephone and email enquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain collection schedules via liaising with the Collection Officers Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain sub-contracted collection network.
  • Member of the on-call rota to coordinate evening/weekend/holidays collection tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain RTS and sub-contracted collection invoicing and liaise with RTS Accounts department as required.

  • High attention to detail
Essential:
  • Possess GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A-C).
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on their own and within a team.
Desirable:
  • Relevant administrative experience in a business operations environment.
  • An awareness of Quality Management Systems.
