We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals, with?experience working with children, that can allow our Rugbytots to have fun and grow in confidence during their time with us. Think children's TV presenter rather than the next coach of the national team (we can teach the rugby side of things, we just need you to be outgoing and great with children)!

Rugbytots offer fun, structured play sessions for children aged 2 to 7 years old. Our coaches deliver sessions with energy, enthusiasm and excitement, to create an atmosphere that is unique and engaging for children and parents alike. We do this by delivering our specifically designed programme for each age group in a fun, dramatic and entertaining way, taking the children on a journey of sporting imagination, whilst teaching them how to catch, pass, kick and run with the ball and play as part of a team.

Key attributes:

Experience of working with young children in a professional environment Must be able to drive to the venues in either Cheltenham and/or Gloucester An ability to engage with children with energy, enthusiasm and excitement! An outgoing, bubbly personality Excellent organisational, verbal communication and listening skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work in the UK
Main responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and engage with the children in your classes Work though the Rugbytots programme of games and tasks, to teach the basic core skills used in rugby in a fun and structured environment Demonstrate games and skills with enthusiasm and energy, and provide positive feedback to the children Plan the sessions, ensure classes start and finish on time, and engage with parents

We are based in Cheltenham and Gloucester

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
