Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide excellent guest services by responding to requests with professionalism and courtesy. Support barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and other beverages. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all aspects of work.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous. Experience as a delivery driver or in guest services is beneficial. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for interacting with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is required to maintain health standards. A positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and strong organisational skills are vital for success in this role. Culinary experience or barista experience would be considered an asset.
