ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Runner in Palm Court, your main role will be to:

ensure the pantry and restaurant are set for service ensure that all cutlery, crockery and trays are spotless and clean before and during service prepare and locate all mise-en-place in strategic areas in the restaurant offer and deliver food & beverage to guests, with poise prepare and serve beverage as ordered

ABOUT YOU

previous experience in a similar environment flair, passion and a conscientious attitude confidence, professionalism and engaging personality ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests excellent attention to detail interest in learning about food and beverage clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
