As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests are attended to.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling orders and payments accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for culinary arts and guest services, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Pay: From 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
