,you play a vital role in the rhythm of service,ensuring dishes arrive swiftly,plates are cleared efficiently,and every table is maintained with quiet professionalism. You are the link between kitchen and guest,helping uphold Richoux's reputation for elegant,seamless dining.
This role is ideal for those who take pride in presentation,move with grace under pressure,and enjoy supporting a fast-paced,detail-oriented team.
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
Deliver food and drinks to tables accurately and efficiently,with careful attention to presentation.
Support with resetting and clearing tables,maintaining guest space at brand standard.
Assist discreetly with water service,condiments,or second touches where required.
Observe and act proactively to guest needs.
OPERATIONS:
Communicate clearly with floor team,kitchen,and management during service.
Prepare and maintain service stations to support waiter efficiency.
Support polishing,stock replenishment,and equipment readiness.
Assist with open,close,and shift transitions with a positive,team-first mindset.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Reduce risk of error or wastage by ensuring accurate food running and communication.
Help protect crockery and equipment through careful handling and safe service practices.
Enable upselling opportunities by ensuring prompt delivery and table support.
BRAND GUARDIANSHIP:
