PURPOSE

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Ensure own financial and service targets are achieved or exceeded Track own KPIs daily to ensure performance targets are met, identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue through attaining new business, renewal, MTA, upselling and cross-selling targets Follow up prospective customer renewal quotes, and pursue previous years' NTUs and lapses Ensure DND (Do Not Disturb) and wrap-up time is in line with team targets Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to customers requiring policy cover, in line with the business's operational processes and regulatory requirements Deal with customer complaints by effectively resolving customer issues, leading way with the right resolution first time Support colleagues in Credit Control in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding premiums, and achievement of aged debt targets Continuously enhance the professionalism of the business, by acting an ambassador for Dickson Group

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Achievement new business, upselling and cross selling monthly targets in accordance with budgeted income Achievement renewal retention (monetary and policy count) monthly targets in accordance with budgeted income Complaint handling Performance targets achieved - Availability, revenue and conversion etc
