Rural Community Care Worker: Up to 26,000 FTE + Paid for Your ENTIRE Shift

(Full-Time & Part-Time Roles in Remote East Devon Villages)

per year (Full-Time Equivalent)

Mileage - 45p per mile

The Role: Making a Real Impact



As a Community Care Worker, you will deliver essential, person-centred care that enables individuals to remain independent and safe in their homes.

Your Daily Impact:



Personal Support:

Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).

Home & Health:

Meal preparation, hydration support, and medication assistance.

Companionship:

Providing emotional support and mobility help.

Logistics:

Logging visits and notes easily using our

Beehive Care app

.

Household Help:

Assisting with light household tasks (e.g., tidying, changing linens).

Hours Designed to Work for You



We offer stable contracts with flexible options:

Full-Time:

37.5 hours per week

over 5 days (includes alternate weekends).

Part-Time:

Flexible shifts based on your availability, requiring a minimum of

3+ morning or evening shifts per week

Extra Earning:

Optional extra shifts are available via our

.

What We Look For (Essentials)



Driving:

A

Full UK driving licence

and

access to a reliable car

are essential.

Rural Readiness:

Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes.
