We are looking for a Service to Cash (Disputes & New Accounts) Team Member with enthusiasm, drive and a positive attitude to join our Finance Team. The role will require a self-starter who is numerate, analytical, investigative and who has experience in processing large volumes of data. Ideally you will have worked within a similar transactional finance role, however for the right applicant training will be provided. This role supports the delivery of revenue management.
Reviewing and validating customer disputes
Accurately recording disputes
Monitoring logged disputes and escalating in line with process where necessary
Working closely with stakeholders
Quarterly and Biannual audits for access / Legal Disputes
Master data management
Proven ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders gained from working in a similar role, with good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude
Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
