Infinity Trampoline Park is a freestyle indoor trampoline park based just off Newport Road in Cardiff. We are seeking additional staff to join our team!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Safety Marshall. As a Safety Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while promoting an enjoyable and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Enforce and implement park rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure experience for all visitors. Monitor trampoline park areas to identify and address potential safety hazards. Provide clear and concise safety instructions to customers. Respond promptly to any safety concerns, incidents, or emergencies. Conduct routine safety inspections and report any maintenance issues. Assist with crowd control during peak hours. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Operate a clean-as-you-go policy to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the entire park Other duties as instructed by the management team

Requirements

Desirable:

Previous work experience in a customer service setting Previous work experience in a leisure park or sports facility Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate safety instructions effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Licence/Certification:

First Aid Certification (preferred)
Work Location: In person
